Flowcraft. : Shopify stores built to sell

Custom Shopify development for GCC brands

Shopify stores built to sell. Engineered, not templated. Bilingual AR/EN storefronts with the AI automation layer built in.

Your brand outgrew the link in bio.

The feed does its job: followers, saves, a steady stream of “how much?” Then every sale lands in your DMs, one conversation at a time.

That's the gap I close: a storefront that carries the brand, sells in Arabic and English, and answers customers while you sleep.

If that's you, let's talk

This is for you if

  • Orders come through DMs, WhatsApp, or a Linktree. There's no real store to send people to.

  • There's a website, but it's a template that doesn't look like the brand or sell like it should.

  • Your customers switch between Arabic and English. Your store should keep up properly.

Real stores. Zero templates.

Amal Sarey homepage with hands beading an haute couture gown behind the atelier's orchid wordmark

Amal Sarey Live

A cinematic site for a haute couture atelier in Beirut known as "The Fashion Architect". Film-first hero, kinetic scroll typography, and a private-appointment flow, hand-coded with no template underneath.

Pursed 4 Life Live

One-of-one pre-owned designer bags, every piece authenticated before it's offered. A drop-based Shopify storefront spanning new drops, the catalogue, and the archive, built around one rule: a one-of-one never restocks.

Founding rate. Three of my five founding builds are taken. The last two hold these prices, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to publish the work. After that, they go up.

Every build includes a fixed quote up front, one revision round, and a store you own outright. No lock-in.

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Discover

A focused call to map your brand, market, and goals.

  2. Design

Architecture and visual direction, approved before a line of code.

  3. Build

Development in fast, visible iterations. You see progress weekly, not at the end.

  4. Launch & automate

Deployment plus the automation layer that keeps it running.

Engineer first. I studied mechanical engineering at AUB, then applied the same systems thinking to e-commerce. I build stores the way engineers build machines. Every part has a job.

Before you ask.

How much does a store cost?

The Storefront starts at $900; with the automation layer, from $1,600. See the full scope in packages. Custom work is quoted after one call. Either way you get a fixed quote before we start, not an hourly meter.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks for most builds if the content is ready. The usual bottleneck isn't the build, it's product photos and descriptions. I'll tell you exactly what I need on day one.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?

Sometimes. Send me the link. If a cleanup gets you 80% of the result, I'll say so. If the foundation is the problem, I'll say that too.

Do you do Arabic properly?

Properly. Right-to-left layout, human translation, and typography that respects the script. I'm a native speaker; bilingual isn't an add-on here, it's the default.

What do you need from me?

Your products (photos, prices, descriptions), your logo, and decisions when I ask for them. That's it. I handle the rest.

Do you set up payments, COD, and shipping?

Yes. I configure payments and shipping for your country, including cash on delivery where customers expect it. The store launches ready to take real orders, not "ready except payments."

What happens after launch?

You get a store you own, a walkthrough, and automation that keeps working. Need ongoing help? We can set that up, but you're never locked in.

Let's build yours.

Tell me what you're building. I reply within a day, usually faster.

Fixed quote before we start. No lock-in.
